How and where do you ship from?
We ship all packages from our warehouse in China via reliable logistics partners, chosen based on the optimal balance of efficiency and cost for your order's size and weight. Currently, we only ship to the United States.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates that begin once your order leaves our warehouse. For customers in the United States, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that shipping speeds can be affected by carrier delays, especially during holidays or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.
Are there any shipping address restrictions?
To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or freight forwarders. Our logistics system is not compatible with these addresses. If such an address is used and the package is returned or lost, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.
