Shipping Costs
We now ship to countries worldwide. Shipping costs are based on your order value and destination:
• Free shipping for orders over $39.99 to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Philippines, South Korea, Poland, Japan.
• Free shipping for orders over $59.99 to all other countries.
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order applies.
How and where do you ship from?
We ship all packages from our warehouse in China via reliable logistics partners, chosen based on the optimal balance of efficiency and cost for your order's size and weight.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates that begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination. Generally, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, but this may be longer for remote areas or during peak seasons such as holidays. Please note that shipping speeds can be affected by carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.
Are there any shipping address restrictions?
To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or freight forwarders. Our logistics system is not compatible with these addresses. If such an address is used and the package is returned or lost, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. You can click that link or visit a tracking site like https://www.17track.net/ to see real-time updates.
