Shipping Packages

Packages shipped from our China warehouse will be delivered via DHL E-commerce or ePacket, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages from our US warehouse will be delivered via USPS.

Global Shipping Service

To determine if we ship to your country, please enter your address at checkout to see if shipping options are available. We ship to the following regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Cook Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Laos, Macao SAR China, Malaysia, Mexico, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Norway, Philippines, Pitcairn Islands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis and Futuna.

Customs

Once the goods are shipped, we are no longer responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs fees may be incurred when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimates:

  • USA, Australia, and most European countries: 1-3 weeks
  • Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Israel, the Philippines, and some other countries: 2-5 weeks
    *This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.
    *Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or limited edition releases.
    *We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transport strikes or delays, nor any extra fees or back-end charges incurred.

Note: Logistics in some countries may be unstable during special periods, which may cause shipping delays. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding.

PO Boxes

We do not recommend using PO Box addresses as our specialized logistics do not accept them. If an order is placed using a PO Box address, we will attempt delivery, but if it fails and the items are returned to us or lost, we will not provide compensation or order replacements.

Freight Forwarders

We do not accept freight forwarder addresses. If an order is placed using a freight forwarder address and delivery fails, we will not provide compensation or order replacements.

Tracking Information

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information: shipping details, your tracking number, and a link to the tracking website. To track your order, click on the tracking number in the email. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
