What is the difference between facial beauty devices plated with titanium and those with 24K gold elements?
Titanium is a corrosion-resistant and scratch-resistant metal.
24K gold is highly compatible with the skin, making it safe for sensitive skin to use. Additionally, 24K material is relatively soft and prone to scratching, so please handle with care during use.
Please tell me about the beauty serums that can be used with facial beauty devices.
Cosmetics in the skincare category of facial beauty devices are developed with compatibility for all beauty devices in mind. Please select cosmetics based on your usage and concerns.
Please tell me the steps for using facial beauty devices.
Please follow these steps:
- Remove all accessories such as necklaces, rings, and other precious metals.
- Cleanse and wash your face to remove makeup and oil stains.
- Apply a specialized serum or lotion to clean skin.
*If applying a large area at once, it may dry out, so it's recommended to apply it to each area to be treated. - Follow the instructions for each product.
*Please refer to the accompanying instruction manual for usage instructions. - After treatment, gently massage any remaining special serum into the skin.
*If you are using only a specialized lotion or are concerned about skin dryness, prepare your skin with your own lotion or emulsion.
How often should I use each treatment mode?
It is recommended to use the special care mode, which promotes the penetration of serum, for 10 minutes over the entire face once or twice a week.
The mode equipped with EMS/ion cleansing function (daily care) can be used daily. We recommend using it for about 10 minutes over the entire face.

Can I use products other than special serums (special lotions)?
Our beauty serums are developed with compatibility with beauty devices in mind. They do not contain alcohol, preservatives, or other chemical ingredients, so you can use them with confidence.
However, please be aware that if your cosmetics contain alcohol or preservatives, using them while using a mode that promotes the penetration of serum ingredients into the skin may cause skin issues.
Additionally, please note that this product is designed considering the functions, effects, and structure of our products, so there may be defects in the product.
Is it normal to feel some pain or redness after using a facial massager?
As this is a device that utilizes electrical currents, you may experience tingling sensations during use. Depending on your body and skin condition, you may feel these sensations more intensely.
*If you experience intense pain, please stop using the device and check your body and skin condition for the next few days before using it again.
*If VR mode is installed in some facial beauty devices, vibration may be used to reduce electrical stimulation.
When using modes that produce internal warmth in the skin, blood circulation may improve, and temporary redness may occur.
*Redness may occur due to over-treatment or friction, so please follow the instructions for use.
I can't feel any sensation from the facial beauty device. Is it malfunctioning?
Please use the following method to check the sensation of the current:
- Apply the serum to the inside of your forearm and see if you feel any sensation.
- Check the amount of serum used.
If you still have no sensation after checking the above two points, please contact us using the repair/inspection form.
I've been using the facial beauty device for a long time and feel very weak.
If you've been using the facial beauty device for a long time, your skin may have become accustomed to the sensation, and you may feel weaker than before. Please adjust the level and use the appropriate level for your skin.
Please tell me how to maintain and store the facial beauty device.
Please follow these steps to clean and store:
1. After using the facial device, wipe off any remaining serum with a non-alcoholic wet wipe or a dry cloth (such as cotton).

Regarding maintenance and inspection
I can't feel any sensation from the facial beauty device.
Please use the following method to check the sensation of the current:
1. Apply the serum to the inside of your forearm and see if you feel any sensation.

* If you use a smaller amount of serum, you will feel less stimulation.
* Divide your face into 4 parts and apply 2-3 pumps of serum to each part. (Special care)
* Please use 4 to 5 pumps of gel over the entire face. (Daily care)

The power shuts off during use.
Our facial beauty device is equipped with an automatic power-off function and a 10-minute timer.
If the power shuts off within 10 minutes, the reasons could be as follows:

- Poor contact with the AC adapter
- Poor contact with the main body
* In rare cases, poor contact with the outlet may cause this issue.

- Charging may not be possible. Please use it after fully charging.
- The battery may not be fully charged due to consumption.

The component is loose. The washer has come off.
Possible reasons include:
- Applying excessive force
- Insufficient amount of serum
- Moving the machine at a certain angle
- Using liquid or non-viscous serum
* If liquid enters the gap between the components, it may cause the washer to come off. Therefore, we recommend using a special serum. Also, be sure to clean it thoroughly after use.
* If you want to repair the rubber washer on the head of the facial device
The component has changed color.
Possible reasons include:
- If you use products from other companies besides our company's dedicated serums or lotions, the element may change color due to the ingredients contained.
- It may not be properly maintained. After use, wipe off dirt from the main unit with a damp cloth or tissue, then wipe off moisture with a dry tissue.
* Do not use alkaline agents or solvents such as alcohol, nail polish remover, polishing powder, or chemicals.
* Do not let the product come into contact with serum or gel.
* Do not wash with water as it is not waterproof.
The LED is not lighting up.
Depending on the mode you're using, there are modes where the LED lights up and modes where it doesn't. Please check the various user manuals accordingly.
You may feel a tingling sensation in the handle when using the facial beauty device.
Please check if your facial device is equipped with an ion mode.

If you use the machine with wet hands, you may feel a tingling sensation. Please use the machine with dry hands.

If you use the machine with wet hands, you may feel a tingling sensation. Please use the machine with dry hands. If you still feel a tingling sensation even after the product is dry, there may be an issue with the product.
When using Dr.Fresco The Zeus, water doesn't fly off the blade.
Possible reasons include:
- Water may have difficulty flowing if products other than dedicated makeup water are used.
- If the amount of dedicated water used is insufficient, it may not spray water.
