How do I place an order?

Where do you ship to?
We are excited to now offer shipping to countries worldwide! Our global shipping policy ensures more customers can enjoy our products.
How much is the shipping cost? Is it free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping based on your order value and shipping destination:
- Free shipping on orders over $39.99 to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Philippines, South Korea, Poland, and Japan.
- Free shipping on orders over $59.99 to all other countries.
- For orders under these amounts, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We process and ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times vary by destination. Generally, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link. You can click that link or visit a tracking site like 17TRACK to see real-time updates. You can also contact us at support@merrys.com if you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days.
Are there any shipping address restrictions?
To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or freight forwarders. If such an address is used and the package is returned or lost, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Returns & Modifications

How can I cancel or modify my order?
We can help with that! Please contact our customer service team at support@merrys.com as soon as possible. We can successfully cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been prepared for shipment.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. For instructions, please email us at support@merrys.com.
