How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, you must contact us in advance at support@merrys.com to discuss and obtain approval. We cannot process any returns without prior approval. Return requests are only accepted within 30 days of you signing for the delivery.
What are the conditions for a return?
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready. Some items, such as intimate apparel, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.
What about refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the applicable timeframe set by your bank. Only full-price items are refundable; sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I get an exchange?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at support@merrys.com.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
What if I haven’t received my refund?
Please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can take time to process. If you still have not received it after these steps, contact us at support@merrys.com.
What about gifts or expensive items?
Gifts: If the item was a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return.
Items over $75: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive untracked returns.
Can this policy change?
We may update this policy at our discretion. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept them.
